World Cup 2010 in South Africa

The next edition of the FIFA Word will be held in South Africa in 2010. The qualifying round for the finals was recently completed. There are 32 nations that next year will compete in the final. South Africa as host country, Italy is the only automatic qualifiers for the finals. As the defending champion is there for all the qualifications made it through, but qualify for the grueling 2010 World Cup in 10 matches.Italy qualified as group winners of the European zone Group 8. The teams participating in the event next year by six organizations are members of FIFA.

Uruguay and New Zealand qualified legged intercontinental playoff games. They beat Costa Rica and Bahrain, respectively, in the final to earn the right to play in. The fifth team from South America region before the fourth team in North, Central America and Caribbean region. Meanwhile, the team fifth AsiaRegion faces the winner of the Oceania region.

Next years event will see billions of people around the world. Brazil, Spain, Italy, Germany, Argentina, Netherlands, England and France are the favorites to win for AT event next year.
