2010 FIFA World Cup Comments - Argentina against Nigeria, Group B

In group B clash expected to Ellis Park, Johannesburg, South American powerhouse Argentina opened their account of the 2010 World Cup with a fine 1-0 win against Nigeria. Gabriel Heinze gave the Argentines a perfect start in the opening inning and the Nigerian goalkeeper prevented further damage for the rest of the game. The victory gave the Argentines the second place in Group B behind South Korea - after Korea beat Greece 2-0 in the previous matchthe day.

The Nigerians started brilliantly, as the Argentines a nervous moment in the opening minutes. However, the Argentines took the first initiative Marseille defender Gabriel Heinze made a diving header on a cross from Juan Sebastian Veron in the top left of the Nigerian network in the sixth minute of play. This side prevented the continuation of the previous World Cup meetings between the two in 2002 - a game that ended in a goallessto draw.

Lionel Messi found the charm of which is known to attack the largest football stadium. He tried the defense and goalkeeper Nigerian runs with some confused and shots on goal in the first half. Argentina maintained a second scoring threat and kept the Africans on the back foot. However, Nigeria has had a short period of time of the attack intent, as was the left flank. Your presence and purpose in the final third was disappointing.

The NigerianThe goalkeeper Vincent Enyeama was the man-of-the Match for his performance in goal. Argentina had no less than seven shots on goal, six of which remain outside Enyeama. Overall, the Argentines 20 shots on goal in Nigeria, 12 were compared. Although Nigeria was only created opportunities for a shot on goal. The Africans would need to comply with South Korea and Greece to improve the defeat.

The match was played in the right spirit a. The Nigerians generally accepted physical fouls and only eightGerman referee issued two yellow cards. Argentina rule defined this game as they had 65% possession and 10 corner kicks (after Nigeria 4). Diego Maradona would have been happy with the effort of his team, even though in the post-match conference, admitted that more goals against the possession and the opportunity in front of goal achieved.

The Argentines did not have the luxury of performance despite these extravagances against more formidable opponents. NigeriaThe performance was not too bad, especially their goalkeeper, but would ensure their lack of creativity. Although this was far from a World Cup classic, their victory would be happy to start with Argentina.

Who will win the FIFA World Cup 2010, Spain or the Netherlands?

Africa we have reached the summit of the FIFA World Cup 2010 in South Africa, and the moment of glory is fast approaching, as the tournament winner would be declared. The battle between the two European countries - Spain and the Netherlands. Each of the teams was a very good account of themselves, since the tournament began June 11 and July 11 we will all come to know that emerged champion.

When the tournament started on 11June, football fans are not too many of their satellites in Spain or the Netherlands with exposed beams. Their satellites had against Brazil, Argentina, Germany, England, Italy and France. All six countries have at least one World Cup victory, and find the strength of their team and the quality of the players have come up with is, logically, have closed for this they would win.

However, thoughts, desires, logic, and are now separated from reality assome of the big names such as Italy (holders) and France were eliminated in the preliminary round. England, followed in the second round, Brazil and Argentina began to take on the quarter-finals, with Germany as the favorite, after providing the Argentina 4-0.

Wednesday, July 7 assured that favored the rest of Spain, Germany, was sent home after all and the Netherlands to decide is in Spain where the World Cup comes around at this time. It 's timevery clear that the world expects a new champion, because the two teams have never tasted the glory of the first World Cup, no one has ever kissed the trophy FIFA.

But whoever wins this year's edition?

The two parties have done very well, showed class, discipline and technical efficiency. On paper, the Spanish have an advantage over the Dutch, who are the champions of Europe in office and the majority of the team is made up of former FC in the UEFA ChampionsBarcelona and Real Madrid. In view of what they have to meet Germany in the semifinals, which certainly does not push.

The Spanish have a strong striker in the person of David Villa has scored 5 goals in 6 games, and a good midfield and defense of Xavi, Xabi Alonso, Pedro, with the support of Charles Puyol and Sergio Ramos. They also have a goalie (Casillas) who has not given a lot of goals from the start of the tournament.

The Dutch, on the other hand, have areliable striker Wesley Sneijder, who scored five goals so far, and a reliable mid-range deflected Bronckhorst. They also like reliable strikers Arjen Robben, Robin van Persie and Kuyt.

We therefore expect very fluid, attacking football, balanced with tactical discipline on both sides. The outcome of the match was decided by the crafts, are also used for the number of occasions by both sides. The waste is caused by all the hopes of minimizingas the champion crowned. Selfishness on the part of the strikers must be checked as well. Temperament must be controlled and to avoid all types of diving and false alarms when their teeming fans give you something to enjoy, and should be ready to win the game convincingly to the delight of the audience.

We urgently await the coronation of a new world champion come Sunday, July 11, 2010. Good luck finalists in their quest for victoryTrophy for the first time
